Caxino Ontario was issued a license from the AGCO on October 27th 2022. It features more than 2,418 games from over 45 providers. In this review, I look at the highs and lows of Caxino, examining its games, payment methods, licensing, and more. By the end of this page, you'll have enough information to decide if this site is worth a visit.

I know you can't wait to hear what I think, so let's start with a quick summary.

What You Need to Know:

What I liked: Game selection and no withdrawal limits

What I Didn't Like: Delays cashing out

My Rating: 3/5

Read on to see if you agree with my Caxino casino review rating.

My Experience - Great Withdrawal Limits, Shame About The Hold Ups

At first glance, Caxino Ontario does not appeal to me. The overall impression is cartoonish, with bright, primary colours. This is a matter of personal taste, and you may love the site's aesthetic. I prefer something more elegant and streamlined.

On the left of the screen are tabs for Register, Login and Games. I immediately went to games where I found categories for Popular, Slots, Jackpot Games, Live Casino, Table Games or All Games. If you scroll down, the games are divided into more categories with a taste of what's in each. I found the site very user-friendly and easy to navigate

I was more than pleased with the game selection, but, and it's a big but, the withdrawal process can be lengthy, and the customer support staff are not the most helpful. This detracts from the brilliant no withdrawal limits Caxino Ontario offers and is very frustrating. I'll go into these aspects of the casino in more detail further on in the review.

Player Beware: Multiple Issues With Caxino Ontario

Last Updated: Sat. Aug 16, 2025

TrustPilot is my go-to site for player reviews, as you tend to get honest opinions. Caxino Ontario has a 1.8 star rating, which is pretty dismal[1]. Several issues are mentioned, including withdrawal problems, bad customer service and verification issues.

The issue of low or altered RTPs caught my eye. I didn't experience this myself, but it might be worth watching. I will add that other sites give Caxino good reviews and advise that issues reported via AskGamblers are resolved[2].

Caxino Ontario Bonuses - Sign Up Offers & Regular Promos

Now we get to the good stuff, but not really! There is a Caxino Ontario Bonus on sign up, but my lips are sealed. If I mention a thing, the legal requirements of the AGCO would mean I'd be in big trouble. Let's just say that, like all Ontario casinos, Caxino does have a bonuses available, but the details will remain a mystery on this page.

2,418 Games - From 45+ Software Providers

I've mentioned that there are over 2,418 games on this site, but they are really well categorised. Clicking on the games tab and then scrolling down, I found various categories including Popular, New, Double Speed, Best of Games Global, Live Casino, New Providers and more. There's also a function to search for game, provider or tag. This is handy, as there are over 45 providers, so it's easy to find the one you want.

I instantly found favourite games like Tiger Shrine from Relax Gaming, and the Megaways titles are all in one category. I liked the New Providers section as it allowed me to test titles I hadn't tried before, like NetGaming's American Wonder Reels. I also played some of the games in demo mode before I registered.

I hadn't intended to play live games, and just as well. I only saw 6 games listed in the live dealer category: two versions of roulette, blackjack, Treasure Island and Snakes and Ladders. If you're looking for an amazing live experience, then this might be one to avoid. On the other hand, slot lovers will never run out of entertaining options.

Deposits & Withdrawals - A Good Range of Payment Methods

Caxino Ontario doesn't have a huge range of payment options like some other sites, but it seems to have most of the bases covered. I chose Interac e-transfer to deposit, but Instadebit, MasterCard, Visa, MuchBetter, Payz and bank transfer are also available. The minimum deposit is $10 and the minimum withdrawal is set at $20.

I didn't win anything, meaning I didn't need to make a withdrawal, so I didn't experience those unreasonable verification requests other players have mentioned.

The operator claims that withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours. Some complaints would suggest otherwise, while others agree the site pays out quickly. The casino does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees.

Customer Support - I Found Support At Caxino Helpful

Customer support is available through 24/7 Live Chat or by email at support@caxino.com. I contacted Live Chat with some basic queries and received a prompt, helpful reply, but again, there are negative online reviews of the service. I don't like the fact that Caxino does not respond to negative reviews on TrustPilot, but it may have reasons for that.

Licensing, Security & Responsible Gambling - AGCO License, Good RG Tools

You might think this section is boring, but it is essential. I can't stress enough that you should never play at an unlicensed site. It's just not worth the risk. Caxino Ontario is operated by Rootz Limited, based in Malta. It is fully approved by iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under License No. OPIG1242821, which expires on October 26 2025.

All the latest security protocols are employed at Caxino to ensure a secure session. It uses the latest payment security technologies, the same ones used by major financial institutions, so I felt completely safe depositing funds. All results are determined by Random Number Generators to ensure fairness.

While most of us use online gambling as a form of relaxing entertainment, it can get out of hand for some players. If you feel like you're spending too much chasing wins or trying to win more, help is available. You can set limits for time, net loss, deposits and wagering. If that isn't enough, you can take a time out from 1 day up to 3 months. Longer self-exclusion periods of 6 months to 5 years are also an option. If you'd like to discuss your situation with anyone, check out Connex, Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous or GamCare.

Caxino Ontario For Mobile - No Apps, But Fully Optimized Website

I searched the App Store and the Play Store but there are no mobile apps for Caxino Ontario on either Apple or Android mobile devices. The site is fully optimised for mobile play through your browser.

FAQs

My Overall Impression - Safe & Licensed, But Verification Problems

I'm really conflicted about Caxino Ontario and changed my mind about the rating numerous times while completing the review. The game selection is great, the no withdrawal limit is a bonus, and there are no fees.

The negative reviews on TrustPilot are niggling at the back of my mind, but I have read glowing reviews on other sites. I will give it a tentative thumbs up, but keep my eye on future developments.
