Although it only received its AGCO licence in 2022, ComeOn! Casino has operated internationally since 2010. With a lobby comprising 1800+ games from top developers and a solid bonus range, it's unsurprising that ComeOn! has maintained relevance in the iGaming industry for over a decade.

It hasn't been smooth sailing. In the 3 years of operating in Ontario, ComeOn! has been fined for hosting games that were not AGCO-verified. The deposit bonuses are accompanied by a steep 40x wagering requirement, and there have been multiple reports of players facing withdrawal delays after meeting these tough requirements.

There are things to like about ComeOn! Casino Ontario, and there are things that raise questions. In this review, I'll walk you through my experience, so you can weigh the pros and cons for yourself. Before getting into the full review, here's a summary.

What You Need to Know:

What I liked: Impressive game selection and excellent customer support.

What I Didn't Like: High wagering requirement with limited payment options.

My Rating: 3.5 out of 5

My Experience - Happy With Game Selection, But Steep Wagering And Withdrawal Delays

I was very happy with the game selection at ComeOn! Casino Ontario. The operator offers a great mix of slots, jackpots, table games, and even live dealer games. There's a good number of bonuses, and everything seems all fine until you take a closer look.

The bonuses are alright, but they come with a 40x wagering requirement. That's a hard pass for me. To make matters worse, there are multiple reports of withdrawal delays even after players send all the necessary verification documents. Disappointing, to say the least.

Player Beware: ComeOn! Owners Fined By AGCO For Compliance Issues

Last Updated: Mon. Jul. 28, 2025

Bunchberry Limited, ComeOn!'s parent company, was fined C$15,000 by the AGCO for offering games that weren't certified by an AGCO-registered testing laboratory[1]. While a single fine doesn't necessarily mean all the games on the platform are unsafe, it's still a red flag.

When an operator fails to meet the expected standards, especially when it comes to game certification, it makes me wonder how seriously they take player safety. If you decide to play at ComeOn! Casino Ontario, it's worth keeping this in mind.

ComeOn! Ontario Bonus - Welcome Offer & Regular Promos Available

Like other online casinos in Ontario, ComeOn! offers several bonuses. And trust me, I'd love to tell you all about them, but thanks to AGCO's legal requirements, I'm not allowed to share specific bonus details here. To see what ComeOn! Ontario bonuses are available you'll have to visit the website.

Games and Software - I Enjoyed Demo Mode Without Creating An Account

Visiting ComeOn!'s website lands you in the middle of the lobby, so you can see the games before signing up. The best part is you can also play slots in demo mode without an account. For me, this is great news, because I really don't appreciate being forced to register just to see if the games are to my liking.

I did sign up at ComeOn! Casino Ontario though, so I could properly test the platform and give you a thorough review. I also wanted to see if any games were hidden behind the login wall, but nope, what you see from the outset is exactly what you get.

I have to give props to the lobby layout. With about 1823 games, ComeOn! does a wonderful job sorting them into categories including New Games, Exclusive, Jackpot, Megaways, Table Games, Feature Buy, and Favourites. Even the Live Casino section has its subcategories, and there is a search bar that helps you find everything.

One adjustment I'd make would be to allow players to search by software provider, not just games. Or at least include a category that groups the games based on their providers, especially since ComeOn! hosts games from some of the best developers like Games Global, BetSoft, Evolution Gaming, and NYX Interactive. I also noticed that the Table Games category doesn't show all the available classic table titles. So if you want to play Classic Roulette, for example, your only option is to use the search bar and scroll through the results.

Payment Methods - I'm Not Satisfied, Only 5 Banking Methods!

Unlike the games section, I had to create an account and log in to see the deposit and withdrawal options. For deposits, the options are Visa, Mastercard, Interac, MuchBetter, and Wire Transfer. The minimum deposit limit is C$20. For withdrawals, the options are the same. The minimum withdrawal limit is also C$20, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is C$14,000.

In my opinion, the five payment methods at ComeOn! Casino Ontario are less than satisfactory. I wanted to see some common e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal, which I know will make payments easier for more players and make place this casino in the same league as other licensed Ontario casinos which offer a great range of options for both deposits and withdrawls.

Customer Support - Well-Rounded With Live Chat, Email, and Even Phone Support!

When you log in, you'll see a floating live chat button that connects you with a representative from the support team. You'll first interact with a chatbot, which can answer common player queries. If the bot can't resolve your issue or you prefer to speak with a real person, your query will be forwarded to a human agent.

When I tried the live chat, I received a response within minutes, which was refreshing. The support email, support.on@ComeOn!.com, was also very responsive, replying within a couple of hours. If you'd rather speak on the phone, you can call 0035699395807. Be warned, this isn't toll-free, I'd consider it more of a last resort.

Licensing, Security, Responsible Gambling - Fully Licensed With Multiple Awards

I always take the licensing and security of a casino seriously, because what's the point of a "good" casino if you're afraid to deposit money in it? Thankfully, ComeOn! Ontario is a trustworthy site, licensed under OPIG1235724 [2] by the AGCO. The site also uses SSL encryption and has an ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This means it meets international standards for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

I was reassured to find a dedicated Responsible Gambling page that outlines the tools offered. These include Deposit Limits, Reality Check, and Self-Exclusion. The page also features articles about safe gambling, as well as links to support organizations like ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council, and Gamblers Anonymous. The amount of effort put into this page shows that the site genuinely prioritizes the welfare of its players, not just its profit margin.

Comeon! Ontario Mobile Casino - Responsive Site With iOS Native App

ComeOn! Ontario is a responsive site and adapts easily to screens of all sizes. It also has a native iOS app, which shows the casino's dedication to mobile players.

Unfortunately, there's no Android app yet, but you can enjoy the same functionality by adding the site to your home screen through your browser menu.

Final Verdict - Good Enough But Plenty Of Room For Improvement

As I've said many times in this review, ComeOn! Ontario has great games. The fact that I didn't need to register to look through the lobby or try games in demo mode is a definite plus. There's a decent selection of bonuses and solid customer support.

Some shortcomings are hard to ignore though. The wagering requirement is a little high, and the payment methods are limited. Improved game navigation (like filtering by provider) and ensuring all table games are properly categorized would enhance the overall experience. While ComeOn! offers a lot of potential, these areas for improvement keep it from being a perfect choice.
