Videoslots Ontario - Wonderful Games Collection But Beware of Withdrawal Charges

Verdict: SAFE TO PLAY HERE Player Beware ConnexOntario 19+ Only

Videoslots Ontario is the subsidiary branch of a bigger casino based in Malta. The Ontario site launched on 1st June 2023 but I only heard about it at the beginning of this year. Glad to say it made quite the impression for a fairly new casino, with over 3,772 games, 323 live games, a good number of deposit and withdrawal options, and 2 sign up bonuses.

Although Videoslots Ontario has many positive aspects, the charges on some withdrawals put me off. (Who advises these guys!)

You can tell that I'm already worked up, but bear with me. Before I go into the details, here are a couple of important things about Videoslots Ontario:

What You Need to Know:

What I liked: Large collection of games (3,772+ provided by 131 game studios)

What I Didn't Like: Withdrawal charges for multiple cashouts in one day

My Rating: 4/5

My Experience - Many Games from Multiple Providers, But Exploitative Withdrawal Terms

I have to give props to Videoslots Ontario for managing to come up with a functional online casino that holds 3,772+ games with no lag. My review of games (further below) tells about my experience using the built-in search feature and filters (drop-down menus) to find games.

In a way, the landing page feels like you've just opened an arcade-themed slot game with 6 reels and a side menu. (My love for slots may be the reason why I immediately loved Videoslots.)

My next stop was looking at the withdrawal terms, which revealed that Videoslots really is an exploitative casino out to charge you if you withdraw multiple times in a day. What do you mean I only get one free withdrawal per day and have to pay $2.50 for each additional cashout? Worse if I wish to withdraw less than the $20 minimum limit, Videoslots retains 3.5% of the winnings!

What's Covered In This Review:

Player Beware: Long Waits Before Verification Documents Are Accepted

Last Updated: Tues. Jul. 29, 2025

Comments on Casinomeister painted a picture of how Videoslots Ontario stalls withdrawals for players. Full verification is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing, so waiting up to a week before your account is verified is bound to upset players. Support agents point to issues like name mismatches on players' accounts as the reason for the wait[1]. If you ask me, they want you to spend your winnings on more games.

Bonus for Ontario Players

Videoslots Ontario bonuses do exist, but I'm not allowed to share the details here due to AGCO regulations[2]. I checked them out and can tell you that they are fair and in plenty. Head over to Videoslots to see if they suit you.

Games and Software Section - Filters Were Helpful When I Searched For Games

Videoslots is the home of slots, just as the name suggests, and a total of 3,772+ games. The games page looks like the user interface of an arcade slot, with bright lights in the background, and menus across the top and left side. Though appealing, I think the design could be improved by scaling up the page to fit from edge to edge instead of placing items at the centre and leaving space on each end.

Finding a game could never be easier! I used the search by name option, which displayed results in seconds. Besides it, there's a drop-down menu listing all game studios that provide games to Videoslots Ontario. With it, I could opt to view games from a specific provider, with options including Wazdan, Wizard Games, Pragmatic, Red, and 127 other studios.

My favorite way to search games was the 'All Casino Games' drop-down menu, which displays various types of games. Here, I could choose to narrow down to game clusters like Megaways, Bonus Games, Jackpots, Expanding Wilds, and more. I also loved the curated jackpots list on the left side of the games page. High-paying Games Global jackpots are listed here, including Atlantean Treasures, Break Da Bank, and Starz Inferno.

Payment Methods - I Chose EcoPayz From The 9 Options Available

Ontario players get 9 banking options at Videoslots. These include bank wire (if you can bear long waits), Instadebit, Skrill, Neteller and PayPal. The minimum deposit limit is C$10, but withdrawals start from $20.

You may request withdrawals lower than the $20 limit, but be prepared to give away 3.5% of your winnings back to the casino. Members are only allowed one free withdrawal per day, but you can bypass this condition if you agree to pay €2.50(C$4) in withdrawal fees. I don't know who came up with these terms, but I can guarantee that they have caused many players to avoid playing here. If you don't want to pay fees, I'd suggest playing one of the other 50+ licensed online casinos in Ontario.

Videoslots Ontario withdrawals have a standard pending period of 12 hours, after which you get your winnings. ecoPayz, Skrill, and Neteller payments are instant, while Instadebit takes up to 4 days. A C$30,000 maximum withdrawal limit applies, so winning more than $50,000 from progressive jackpots may have you wait for up to 30 days for withdrawal.

Customer Support - Instant Responses From A Bot; They Called Me Back On Phone

Videoslots provides customer support via instant chat, email and phone. I opened the chat window using the yellow button at the bottom of the landing page. Responses came in fast, but my joy was short-lived when I found out I was communicating with a bot. (Can't blame them for cutting costs, but I found the responses to be unhelpful.)

The saving grace for Videoslots Ontario customer support is on alternative channels to talk to support. I loved the FAQs section that addresses most of the common problems faced by members. There's also the option of requesting a callback from a support agent on the phone. I opted for this, and they called me back on the same day. You can also send them an email via on.support@videoslots.com.

Licensing, Security, Responsible Gambling - License Expires This Year

Videoslots Ontario operates legally, with AGCO license number OPIG1267597[3]. However, this license is set to expire on Oct 19, 2025, unless the casino renews it. I will keep an eye out and update this page with details of whether it will still be okay to play here after October.

Access to Videoslots Ontario is limited to players above 19 years. Responsible gambling tools allow you to schedule short-term breaks of up to 3 months, set self-exclusion periods of up to 5 years or block access to gambling sites. I loved that the site lists a toll-free phone number to ConnexOntario and has links to professional responsible gambling sites like Gambling Therapy and Gamtalk.

Mobile - No Apps, But The Site Works Well On Mobile Browsers

I could not find any apps for download on Videoslots. So, I resorted to using the site on my iPhone using the Safari browser. This was a letdown, but my opinion here might be biased since I have played at casino sites with better mobile optimization. The drop-down menus meant to help you find game categories or filter games by developer work best if playing on PC. Items in the list are too tiny when viewed on mobile.

FAQs

Final Verdict - Solid Casino But Withdrawal Charges Put Me Off

Let me start with the good things. Videoslots Ontario has a great portfolio of games (3,772+) with variety from 131 providers. I loved the $10 minimum deposit limit (low-budget players are not locked out) and a choice of 9 banking options.

Now on to the bad. Who still pays withdrawal fees to casinos? Were it not for the 1 free withdrawal per day, I would not advise anyone to play here. So, schedule your withdrawals accordingly if you don't want to pay withdrawal fees, and don't be tempted to spend the winnings on more games if you must wait for your free withdrawal for the next day.
