Conducting a check online, we found several negative reviews of Extreme on Trustpilot. When players attempted to cash out their winnings, they were asked to deposit funds to verify their account, and then a fee was requested, but payouts were still not made.
There also appears to be a problem when restricted games are played when using bonus funds. One person played a restricted game in error, and their bonus winnings were voided.

There also appears to be a maximum cashout amount set for many bonuses. For the 1,000% match bonus the max cashout is 5x your deposit.
